This movie was dropped off at my office anonymously with a note that I could release the film with all rights transferring to myself as long as all aspects of the film remain the same with no editing. It was a finished product. I can not prove or disprove the claims made by the individual in this film, as he has gone to great lengths to conceal his identity. Yet he is daring the public to try and catch him anyway. The public owes it to themselves to watch this film and learn all the tricks of the serial killer trade.
